1 General Terms & Conditions

• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

4 Betting Rules

Once confirmed on 1qqee, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out feature is used. The odds for each bet are locked at the moment the bet is confirmed.

• Bets can be placed before a match begins or while it is live.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Abandoned or postponed matches will be settled in accordance with our specific policy.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the remaining selections remain valid.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, provided there is no ongoing investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

1qqee is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the platform, internet disconnections, or third-party service disruptions. However, we will make every effort to ensure fair settlement of any affected bets.

For bet settlement, 1qqee relies solely on results from official sources. Claims for reconsideration based on incorrect information will not be accepted unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
